Privacy notice
This notice explains how Jill Scott Counselling and Psychotherapy ("I", "me") uses information you give through this website. I am the data controller for that information.
What I collect
When you get in touch through the contact form, I collect your name, phone number, email address and the best times to reach you. Please don't include health details or anything about why you're getting in touch. We can talk about that on the call.
Why I use it
Only to reply to you and arrange your free call. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before any agreement to work together.
Who else sees it
Your message is handled by Netlify, the service that runs this website and its contact form, which stores it on my behalf. I don't sell or share your information for marketing.
How long I keep it
If we don't go on to work together, your details are deleted within 3 months. If we do, how I keep client records is explained in my counselling agreement.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the information I hold about you.
- Ask me to correct or delete it.
- Object to how I use it.
To do any of these, call 07591 569 501. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
